A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation at our hotel in Windermere. We will send you an email or letter confirmation for the booking. Your bill is due to be settled on departure.
1.Any booking is a contract directly between you and the accommodation establishment, and is subject to that establishment’s usual terms and conditions (see below). Payment details are dependant on processing by the property owner.
2.If you need to change or cancel your booking you must liaise directly with the accommodation establishment. Please see their terms and conditions below.

Prices:The price includes accommodation and breakfast. Unless clearly stated on the booking form, all extras such as evening meals, lunches, telephone, drinks etc are additional. We accept the following forms of payment on departure:cash, cheque with bankers card, debit cards, all major credit cards.
Pets:Well behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement and will be charged at £20 per stay. We would ask that you do not allow your pets to climb onto the beds and furniture.
Cancellation and Insurance:Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00am local time, 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability:We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would to offer you alternative accommodation in our sister hotels, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival/Departure:Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 11pm. Please be ready to leaveyour accomodation by 11am on the day of departure. Your bill for your accomodation and anyextras, is payable on departureBreakfast times are between 8:30 and 10am whilst dinner - if required - is served between 7:30 and 8:45pm
Damages and Breakages:It is your responsibility to make good any significant breakages or damages. Please report any damages as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for £50 if you fail to report any damage to us. A £100 fine will be levied if there is smoking in any of our rooms.
Liability:We do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
