A charming Victorian house, carefully converted and quietly tucked away in it's own wooded grounds in central Ambleside. Onsite car parking, Swimming Pool, Sauna & Hot tub etc. Overlooking Rothay Park and tucked away from traffic noise.
Our normal hours for accepting arrivals are from 11:00 to 22:00.
When The Old Vicarage (Ambleside) Ltd confirms your booking is accepted, they may take a non-refundable deposit from your card in accordance with their deposit scheme.
1.Any booking is a contract directly between you and the accommodation establishment, and is subject to that establishment’s usual terms and conditions (see below). Payment details are dependant on processing by the property owner.
2.This booking is accepted subject to final confirmation of availability & price. The booking will be confirmed by The Old Vicarage (Ambleside) Ltd, normally within 24 hours.
3.Prices are for accommodation only or accommodation plus board as stated on the booking confirmation and do not generally include any additional expenses incurred such as additional meals, drinks, use of the telephone etc., except where specified on the booking confirmation.
4.All accommodation providers have their own terms and conditions with regards to payment of the balance, and cancellation. The accommodation establishment may request that you pay all or part of the balance before arrival, on arrival or on departure. Payment details are dependant on processing by the property owner. You will be contacted directly by the establishment to confirm the payment terms.
5.If you need to change or cancel your booking you must liaise directly with the accommodation establishment. If you fail to take up the accommodation, without prior arrangement with the accommodation establishment, then the booking will be automatically cancelled. All cancellations are subject to the accommodation establishment’s normal terms and conditions, which may mean that part or all of the balance is non-refundable.
6.Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer files.
