Our normal hours for accepting arrivals are from 14:00 to 21:00.
An online processing fee of £1.00 will be added to the cost of your booking at checkout.
We do accept payments by Credit /Debit cards although there is a small fee for this to cover bank charges.We do also accept cash payments.Sorry but we do not accept Cheques.

By making this booking you are entering in to an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Well behaved and well trained dogs are accepted by prior arrangement at a cost of £10.00 per stay. Please note that your dog is not to be left in the room on its own at any time except during breakfast time.
Acceptance of Children
Sorry, no children under the age of 6 years are allowed at this property.
Cancellation/Curtailment and Insurance
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice, you will not be liable to pay the balance. For cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice, or curtailment, and if the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance.
If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances but is only transferable once to future dates within 3 months of the original date of stay. Failure to re-book new dates at the time of cancellation will result in your deposit being lost.
We would recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
As we do have other Guests to consider Please be respectful at all times.
DEPOSITPlease note that a £50.00 deposit per room is required on all bookings of multiple nights, with the balance due on departure. For a 1 Night stay the full amount will be charged.
