Our normal hours for accepting arrivals are from 15:00 to 21:00.
For all bookings we require a deposit of either £50 or £100 (see terms & conditions) to confirm the booking. You must make sure that this reaches us within 7 days of making the booking We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. The balance must then be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. For holidays which are to take place within 6 weeks of making the booking, the full balance is due on booking.
1.New Forest District Council has provided this website as a facility to customers wishing to stay in Lyndhurst and its environs. All the prices, details and availability are supplied directly by the accommodation provider and presented at this website in good faith, but without any liability whatsoever.
2.Any booking is a contract directly between you and the accommodation establishment, and is subject to that establishment’s usual terms and conditions (see below).
3.If you need to change or cancel your booking you must liaise directly with the accommodation establishment. Please see their terms and conditions below.
4.Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer files.

Prices & Payment:The price of the accommodation includes the following:Electricity, Linen, Hot waterThe property is a non smoking property. It sleeps a maximum of 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the Sofa Bed in the lounge.
Booking ConfirmationThe person signing the booking form signs the form on behalf of all occupants and must be one of the party occupying the property.All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of the completed booking form and the security deposit of £50 per week (£100pw if dogs are included in the group). This payment wil be held and returned within 7 days of the end of your stay less the cost of any damages not paid for.If your booking is cancelled by you the conditions in section 4 'Cancellation & Insurance'
Cancellation and Insurance:Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for all or part of the booking, even we have not yet received your balance. If the property cannot be re-let refunds will be made as follows:Cancellation more than 42 days before your agreed arrival date you will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £40.Cancellation 29- 42 days before your agreed arrival date you will receive a refund of 50% of the cost plus the administration charge of £40.Cancellation 10- 28 days before your agreed arrival date you will receive a refund of 25% of the cost plus the administration charge of £40.If you cancel less than 10 days before your agreed arrival date no refund will be made.If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £40 administration fee. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability of Accommodation:We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control then we would refund all monies paid by your for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival:Your accommodation will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please try not to arrive earlier –we will still be busy preparing your accommodation.
Departure:Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Please try to leave the accommodation as clean as possible.
Damages and Breakages:Please take care with our properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £50 if you did not report this.
Liability:We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
DogsWell behaved dogs are permitted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT at the cost of £20 per booking week for the first dog and a further £10 per dog per week for any additional dogs
DataAny data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer or on file for the purposes of maintaining adequate records for taxation purposes but will be securely destroyed after that date.We look forward to welcoming you to Little Seymours
