Our normal hours for accepting arrivals are from 15:00 to 22:00.
For all bookings we require a deposit of one third of the rental rate to confirm the booking. Credit cards (1.5% processing charge) and debit cards (no charge) are now accepted. We will use the credit card details you have provided with your booking for the deposit. Alternatively cheques should be made payable to Mrs. Wanda Williams and sent to Knighton House, Knighton Lane, Wimborne, Dorset. BH21 3AS.You must make sure that this reaches us within 5 days to secure the reservation.Please give a contact telephone number, home address and email address. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. The balance must then be paid at least 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. For holidays which are to take place within 4 weeks of making the booking, the full balance is due on booking.Receipts are issued.

All the prices, details and availability are supplied directly by the accommodation provider and presented at this website in good faith, but without any liability whatsoever.

Prices:The price of the accommodation includes the provision of linen and towels, gas and electricity.
Pets:We are delighted to accept well behaved pets with their own bedding. The weekly charge for 2011/12 is £40 per week per pet. You are respectfully reminded that children play in the gardens and that these should be kept free of any mess. Please walk your dogs out in the open forest.
Cancellation and Insurance:Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, we will refund the balance minus a £50 administration fee.Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. For this reason we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability of Accommodation:We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival:Your accommodation will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please try not to arrive earlier –we will still be busy preparing your accommodation. Beds will be ready made for you.
Departure:Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Remember to check you have packed all of your belongings. Should an item require posting back to you then you will be asked to forward the money for the postage (if the item is unusually heavy, of significant value or of a large size).
Damages, breakages and extra cleaning;Please take care with our properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. Should the cottage require extra cleaning you will be billed.
Liability:We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
