Our normal hours for accepting arrivals are from 12:00 to 22:00.
Thank you for providing your Card details. We will not make a charge to your Card Account in advance of your stay unless the Card expires before your stay commences, in which case we may take the Booking Deposit (see Terms & Conditions). Full payment is due on check-out. Your card details will be retained until your date of departure. We reserve the right to charge your Card with the Deposit or full cost of the accommodation booked without notice to you. We are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.
Thank you for your booking. Once a booking has been received and our confirmation has been given to you (verbally or written) there is a legally binding contract which obliges us to provide the accommodation reserved and you to pay for this.
Deposit:Unless stated otherwise the Deposit is the first night’s accommodation. The Balance is due on departure. The Deposit paid is received as such and is not refundable except in exceptional circumstances.* When Credit/Debit Card details are provided the Deposit will be charged to the card if the booking is cancelled or defaulted and the Deposit was not taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation:In the event of cancellation please give the maximum possible notice - preferably in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return. Please do not consider your booking cancelled until you receive our confirmation.
There will be no further charges if notice is given 14 days or more prior to arrival. Within 14 days of arrival we will use our best endeavours to re-let the accommodation and if able to do so there will be no further charge after the forfeiture of the Deposit.
If we are unable to obtain a re-letting then the guest must remain liable for payment of the balance of the charges less an allowance of 15% for food, energy and incidentals not consumed.
If you do not cancel, but you fail to arrive for your stay with us, you agree that the sum due for your booking will be debited from the Credit/Debit Card in full and final settlement.
Non-availability:We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for your stay.
In all circumstances our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Damages and Breakages:You are liable for any breakages or damages that you or your group cause to the building or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge for repair or replacement if the damage or breakage is significant and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this.
Liability:We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your group or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of their employment.
Arrival Times:Your room will be available by 13:00 but you are welcome to check in any time during the morning until 14:00 and after 17:00. Latest check-in is 22:00.

Data:Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept securely on computer. We do not make your Data available to any third party.
