5.If you need to change or cancel your booking you must liaise directly with the accommodation establishment. If you fail to take up the accommodation, without prior arrangement with the accommodation establishment, then the booking will be automatically cancelled. All cancellations are subject to the accommodation establishment’s normal terms and conditions, which may mean that part or all of the balance is not refundable.

Booking periodBookings are normally from Friday to Friday, unless otherwise arranged. Occupation will be from 4.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure.
CancellationNotice of cancellation must be made in writing. TransfersTo avoid unfair charges we operate a discretionary transfer policy, this is subject to the following terms and conditional upon the availability of Holywell Suite on the proposed alternative dates which must be within 12 calendar months of the original booking dates.Should Holywell Suite not be available on the alternative dates for whatever reason then our cancellation policy will apply. In the case of transfers to an earlier date and subject to the new booking fee being greater than the fee of the original booking there will be no fee, however the difference must be paid in accordance with our normal terms. If the transfer is to an earlier date but the new booking fee is less than the old one then the difference is treated as a cancellation as per the above table. If the transfer is to a later date and the new fee is greater than the original fee. The original fee is treated as a cancellation as per the above table and the balance after deducting the cancellation fee is payable in accordance with our normal terms. Where the transfer is to a later date and the new booking is less in price than the cancelled one, the difference is treated as a cancellation in accordance with the above table. The balance of the cancelled booking is subject to our normal cancellation policy.

Instructions for your stay at Holywell SuiteInstructions will be sent to you two weeks before your arrival including directions for obtaining the entrance key.
ConditionsVisitors are requested to keep the apartment and all the fixtures and fittings in the same condition as at the start of the holiday.
